From the reviews
It’s nice place to go with kids and teens, parking is small, the food is expensive, Go-Karts and Arcade are options that you need to pay additional, you have to buy socks to do the adventure park, one kid to do everything it’s around $55 to $65. Prices are depending on what you want them to do.
Absolutely phenomenal service is literally an understatement for the team here. They are passionate, kind, are the epitome of how exemplified customer service should be, have a great sense of humor, and literally strive for all of their customers to leave with joy (and we do).
We had my son’s fifth birthday party at Zap Zone and everything ran so smoothly. Food came out on time, the staff (especially Martez, Amija, and Dev) were so efficient and kind to my family and friends. Anytime I needed help or had a request, they went above and beyond to take care of everything in a timely manner.
One of the best Zap Zones we have been too. Brought our son and his buddy and they had a blast. This place is super clean! This place has the BEST employees and managers. I got to share our awesome experience with Mr. Spicer.
