The manager Jackie is a gem and was amazing during our visit! The place was packed and our 3 year old got a little overwhelmed. Jackie must have seen the look of exhaustion on my face as I had to get back in line to upgrade my son’s bracelet because he decided he rather do the go karts vs the other activities.
I went to Urban Air with two kids I babysit. It was such a magical experience for them and they could not stop talking about it afterwards. One of the workers who I am pretty sure is named Alana, brought this experience over the top.
Had my daughter’s bday at the Westlake location in one of the party rooms and got so lucky to have Sereen as our party hostess!! She was so wonderful and helpful, if we have any other parties I will be requesting her again!! 5+ stars for Sereen!!
My family and I came to UrbanAir for my niece’s birthday and Sereen was by far the most helpful person! She is super funny, cool and sweet and her energy was next level. Sereen really made the experience more enjoyable for us.
