I have taken my son and friends multiple times and everytime they had so much fun, so much that my son asked me to celebrate his latest his b'day there. Making the reservation was very simple although I had an issue online and had to make the reservation by phone.
We were at Urban Air on a rainy day. It was packed. Most staff weren’t paying much attention to any kids cutting lines or walloping other kids in the face with dodge balls - it was chaos. But Mackenzie, everywhere we went she was so attentive and amazing with all the kids! So kind and helpful.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. the enjoyment and physical activities for my kids. We are members for over a year now and it’s been amazing to keep my kids entertained, sweating and socializing all year around. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday here and again a great experience.
We did my son’s party here and we had a great experience. Jennifer is the girl that helped us with the party and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with everyone in the party. We recommend this place if you’re thinking of having a party here for your children.
