From the two times I came here, it's pretty good. Only reason I'm taking away a star is because the game selection is pretty light compared to Dave n Busters. Wasn't as interested in many of the games they offered here personally.
I visit at Universal NonStop this past weekend for a kids birthday party🥳. Not gonna lie, I was taken back by the security and metal detectors at the door. But they expressed it was just for the safety of their guests.
Escape rooms, arcade games, bowling, laser tag, go karts and great food. Food was a little pricey but we had a family combo and had MORE than enough food. Around $35 for 4 people. But other combos ran around $12-15 a person. Individual snacks and appetizers ran around $4-$9.
(they always have Groupon deals): Universal switched their game cards to new ones and gay people who had the old ones $20 credit and a free drink. Customer service means a lot. And I love how they take security serious! And I mean serious!
