I bought a kart for my boys from Red Line and the boys have been enjoying. We had the clutch messing up on us with getting to hot and bounding up on us, it’s been a few months since we bought it and was expecting to pay something but I be damn, they replaced it and do a little extra maintenance on it at no charge.
I first purchased a string trimmer from Red Line over 10 years ago. I have now purchased a go-kart for my grandkids, and two farm karts for our 650 acre farm. I depend on Mike for product, maintenance and parts. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism and received fair and equitable treatment.
Never had a bad experience with Redline! Mike is a very helpful and kind hearted man I could talk to him for hours I went in for a new throttle cable and could not have been happier with not only the quality but the price!
Needed a headlight for my bike. Hooked me up with some basic bike tools and fuel line with the purchase. Seemed quite knowledgeable. Little over priced on carts and helmets. Overall, will be back for other miscellaneous bike parts. Thanks
