Let me start with this was our first time. The location and theme of the place is absolutely awesome. The nascar theme and layout are perfection. The carts are very fun and prices are reasonable. The only negative is the employees. You guys need to spend some time training these folks in customer service.
Fantastic track. Great opportunity for kids or adults. There is even a couple of nice rooms for private gift opening or cake. Plan on scheduling your party or arriving with plenty of time to wait on a weekend. Today was a bit busy and had a lengthy wait.
It’s very fun to do - even though Ive never been go-carting (is that the word?). Jim and the staff were very nice, funny, and accommodating when we switched our races around. They didn’t have to make us laugh while providing great service - bonus! We had a great time racing and cheering each other on.
K1 speed in Concord NC very nice facility. My son LOVED it!! Being the longest indoor K1 speed track in North America it was really fun to watch him go. The employees super nice and Jim, the General Manager really cared about the kids doing well and helping them along.
