I traveled an hour for an impromptu party for my son. When we arrived it was very chaotic. One of the employees named Lauren was outstanding. She accommodated us in every way possible. She tried to get the laser tag to work for them and it did for one round not the other so she made accommodations there as well.
This is the best bowling place I've been to in my adulthood. It is all the cool feels of back in the day!! We've been here twice and the staff is SO nice!!! We will absofrikkinlutely be coming back! This the spot now!!!
Matthew and Chris made our experience at the bowling alley wonderful! My mother and myself took 4 of my grandkids to bowl and play in arcade. Matthew was very helpful and attentive to us as we were a little needy because my 4 year old rolled the ball halfway down the lane more than once.
Best customer service experience I have had in a long time! Everyone was helpful, kind and friendly. Staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience! Highly recommend!
