From the reviews
We have raced all over and this facility is on another level! Super wide for passing, top of the line karts, and the track is long and technical. You must go and try this place out.
HQ Racing in Peekskill is easily one of the best go kart experiences I have had in New York. From the moment you walk in the staff makes you feel welcome and genuinely excited to race. The facility is clean, well organized, and professionally run. The track layout is challenging in all the right ways.
Brand new indoor/partial outdoor rental go-kart track in Peekskill. Was lucky enough to go to Opening day. The start up process is easy, you can create an account at location or do it prior online via the website or mobile app. After that go to the front desk and pay for your races.
A new facility opened up in Peekskill, NY called HQ Racing. It is fantastic and looks like it's likely to become a major destination for us rental racing nerds! The track is a long track, with a combined indoor/outdoor layout. My recent visit was in January so we were inside only.
Birthday parties at HQ Racing
HQ Racing hosts birthday parties — confirmed on their own site. Go-kart parties usually come with a dedicated host who runs the races, sorts everyone into heats, and handles setup and cleanup — so parents can mostly watch the racing. Packages typically bundle a set number of races with a party room, pizza, and drinks, and many tracks put younger guests in junior karts. Packages, party rooms, and pricing change often, so check the current options and book ahead — weekend slots go fast at popular tracks.
Junior karts at HQ Racing
Reviews and the track's own info mention junior or kid-sized karts at HQ Racing — lower-speed cadet karts, junior sessions, or height-based karts, usually for ages around 5–8. Age and height requirements change often, so check the current rules before you plan a trip around one.
Adult & high-speed racing at HQ Racing
HQ Racing comes up for adult and high-speed racing — pro karts, timed and competitive racing, league nights, or arrive-and-drive sessions, going by reviews and the track's own info. Faster karts mean real wheel-to-wheel racing without dodging little kids, and tracks that run them often take league sign-ups and group bookings. Schedules vary a lot track to track, so check the calendar or call before you rally the squad.
Group & corporate events at HQ Racing
HQ Racing is mentioned for group and corporate events — team building, work outings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, or big-group racing. Tracks that run these usually offer private track time and package pricing for larger crews, and a host to keep the races moving. Availability and group minimums change, so call ahead to lock in a date and get a quote for your headcount.
