From the reviews
Pros: decent priced membership with plenty of open days to drive, or in my case ride. Not crowded alot of the time and when it is busy, karts/bikes take turns. Have met alot of nice people here with similar hobbies. All levels of experience, from beginners to experts so no reason for anyone to be uncomfortable.
I moved to Katy to be closer to this track, and I'm so glad I did. The membership price with the flexibility of the hours is unbeatable. There was a good-sized group of other motorcycles there, and we took turns sharing the track when there were go-karts.
A great cornerstone to the Houston community allowing families to grow together in competition. It has been around for, I think, over 30 years. Kart racing and motorcycle racing are great to watch and participate. The new awning over the pits make for a much more comfortable race in the Texas heat.
This place was great; however, parking stinks. The Go-kart experience was a blast ($8/ride). Good selection of games from billiards, to classics, to new generation games. Staff was nice and hooked us up with two free waters after mini golf. Highly recommend it.

Reviews and the track's own info mention junior or kid-sized karts at Gulf Coast Karters, Inc. — lower-speed cadet karts, junior sessions, or height-based karts, usually for ages around 5–8. Age and height requirements change often, so check the current rules before you plan a trip around one.
Adult & high-speed racing at Gulf Coast Karters, Inc.
Gulf Coast Karters, Inc. comes up for adult and high-speed racing — pro karts, timed and competitive racing, league nights, or arrive-and-drive sessions, going by reviews and the track's own info. Faster karts mean real wheel-to-wheel racing without dodging little kids, and tracks that run them often take league sign-ups and group bookings. Schedules vary a lot track to track, so check the calendar or call before you rally the squad.
