Such a fun experience. The team was awesome & friendly. Booking on the website was so easy and trouble free. They did kindly ask us to reschedule due to the concern of the really cold weather. However the team accommodated our request for the later sessions very sweetly.

Got a gift certificate for Christmas, if you think this looks cool, it is, DO IT!!! One word of advice, bring some of those hand warmers to pop into your mittens. Wore some GoreTex mits with liners and my fingers were still a bit numb after my session.
Haven’t been yet but customer service is great. We weren’t able to make it last minute due to snowy roads right during rush hour. They allowed us to reschedule even though we were only able to cancel less than an hour before! Excited for our rescheduled date!
